We love renting a pontoon for a little bit of fishing and taking the kiddos to Crab Island. This time we got one with the slides and it was a hit. The older grandkids couldn't get enough play time. We had a great experience overall. Initially there was an issue with our booking. We rented 1 pontoon and 2 wave runners. 1 of the wave runners was scheduled for pickup in a different location, which had us fretting at first. The staff was able to adjust the reservation to the location we were at and all was well. They even compensated us the additional time on the water that it took to make the correction. Our family had a great time going to Crab Island on a pontoon! Ages ranged from 7 to 69 and we all had fun!!! Everyone at Destin X, XtremeH2O were very helpful and explained whatever we needed to know to navigate our way out and back to Crab Island. Highly recommend this company!

We came out to rent a pontoon and didn’t know what to expect. The staff was amazing! From the checking in to deboarding it was so easy. Your boys at the dock.. Aiden and Noah were top notch and helped with everything we needed. We have a technical issue and Olivia at the desk rectified the issue immediately and we were back inthe water . Very easy and simple process. My first time renting a pontoon, they made it simple and pleasant, they helped me load my supplies into boat and had me on the water in a matter of minutes.
